Return & Refund Policy

Can I return or exchange the wrong item(s) that I ordered?
For health and sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process return, refund or exchange. Before making the payment, we suggest to make sure that your order is correct. 

   

I received a damaged item(s). What should I do?
Products may be received damaged due to transit. If a product is damaged, the customer has to report the mistake within 48 hours after receiving the package at info@thechameleonsisters.com including your full name, photo of the damaged product and your order number along with your packing slip. If the product is verified defective, we will email you within 48 business hours for more details, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

I received the wrong item(s). What should I do?
If the customer receives the wrong product from our shipping department, the customer has to report the mistake within 48 hours after receiving the package at info@thechameleonsisters.com including your full name, photo of the wrong item(s) and your order number along with your packing slip. If the shipped item(s) is verified incorrectly, The Chameleon Sisters will resend the correct product(s) at no additional charges, and the customer can keep the received item(s).
